Let everything that has breath praise the LORD!
Psalm 150:6
When we begin to focus on praise, a number of questions can arise. Why do we praise, and what happens when we do? what are the differences between praise and worship, and are those importances different? What can I use to praise, and what is acceptable to the Lord as an offering of praise?
We praise for many different reasons- sometimes to thank the Lord for all that He has done and is doing in our lives, other times to express our love and adoration for His love and enduring mercy. Sometimes we praise to gain divine favour with God, or to emerge from the daily trials, tribulations, and constant attacks from the enemy victorious and strong in our faith.
